Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

IT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist

with at least

1 year of experience

in end-to-end technical hiring. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier IT professionals for a variety of roles across technologies and domains.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand job requirements and client expectations clearly. Source candidates through various platforms: Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and referrals. Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidates' technical skills, communication, and suitability. Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients or internal teams. Maintain and update the candidate database and job postings. Provide a seamless and professional experience for candidates throughout the hiring process. Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Required Skills:

1+ years of proven experience in

technical recruitment

or

IT hiring

. Strong knowledge of various IT technologies and roles (Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, etc.). Hands-on experience with

ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)

and sourcing tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple requirements and deliver under pressure. Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field. Familiarity with remote hiring and virtual onboarding practices. Experience recruiting for both permanent and contract roles is a plus.
