We're hiring a Recruiter to manage hiring for key roles in our construction and project teams -- completely remote.

Roles You'll Be Hiring For (Non-IT):

Site Engineer

Surveyor

Billing Engineer

Project Incharge

Key Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates for core construction/civil roles

Coordinate interviews and onboarding remotely

Maintain candidate records and HR documentation Communicate with site teams and project heads for manpower needs

Support compliance and engagement initiatives

You Should Have:

MBA in Human Resources (required)

0-2 years of recruitment or HR experience Strong communication and remote coordination skills

Familiarity with hiring for engineering/construction roles (preferred)

Available to join immediately
