Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist

The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for hiring. Interviewing candidates regularly, training staff on recruiting procedures and policies, and managing the recruitment process from start to finish.

Managing recruiting activities from various institutions, agencies , portals and internal references.
Hiring, Recruiting, and Communication skills
Experience in interviewing and identifying top talent
Training and mentoring skills
Bachelors or Masters Degree in HR or related field
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
A keen understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and standard.
