We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Executive - Real Estate to manage end-to-end hiring for sales, construction, project management, and corporate roles within the real estate sector. The ideal candidate should have strong domain knowledge, excellent networking skills, and hands-on experience in closing mid to senior-level positions in the Indian real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

?Handle end-to-end recruitment for real estate roles including Sales, CRM, Channel Sales, Project Management, Engineering, QS, Planning, and Corporate functions
?Understand manpower requirements from business heads and create effective hiring strategies
?Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), referrals, consultants, and networking
?Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds
?Manage vendor and consultancy relationships for lateral hiring
?Maintain strong candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
?Ensure timely offer rollouts, negotiations, and closures
?Track recruitment metrics like TAT, cost per hire, and offer-to-join ratio
?Maintain recruitment MIS and databases
?Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment drives
?Ensure compliance with company HR policies and labor regulations

Required Skills & Competencies

?Strong understanding of the Indian real estate hiring landscape
?Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
?Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
?Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
?Proficient in MS Excel, ATS, and recruitment tools
?Result-oriented with the ability to work under tight deadlines

Preferred Experience

?4-5 years of recruitment experience specifically in real estate or construction
?Experience hiring for developers, builders, EPC firms, or real estate consultancies

Educational Qualifications

?Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,520.42 - ₹50,000.00 per month
