Key Responsibilities:End-to-End Recruitment
Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through portals, social media, references, and industry networks.
Handle bulk hiring for sales, CRM, telecalling, site teams, and other real estate roles.
Conduct screening, telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidates as per requirements.
Real Estate Domain Expertise
Hire for positions like Sales Executives, Pre-Sales, CRM, Engineers, Admin, Sourcing Team, etc.
Strong understanding of real estate functions, project roles, and field requirements.
Interview Coordination
Schedule interviews with department heads and ensure smooth communication.
Assist with salary negotiation, offer drafting, and closure of selected candidates.
Database Management
Maintain updated candidate pipeline and tracker sheets.
Create and manage recruitment MIS, dashboards, and weekly reports.
Onboarding Support
Coordinate documentation for new joiners.
Ensure smooth joining formalities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, or related field.
Minimum 1-3 years of recruitment experience in the Real Estate domain (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of job portals, LinkedIn hiring, and reference sourcing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
