We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with prior exposure to the real estate industry to manage end-to-end recruitment for sales, site, construction, and corporate roles. The candidate will work closely with business heads to fulfill hiring needs and support workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for real estate roles (sales, CRM, site engineers, project managers, support staff)
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and consultants
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
Manage bulk hiring for sales and site teams
Schedule interviews, collect feedback, and close positions within timelines
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
Support onboarding documentation and joining formalities
Coordinate with external recruitment agencies when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate / Postgraduate in HR or related field
Experience as HR Recruiter in a real estate company
Strong understanding of real estate hiring requirements
Knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Ability to handle volume hiring
