Key Responsibilities
Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for construction roles: Engineers, Site Supervisors, Project Managers, Safety Officers, QS, Architects, Accounts, Admin, and site manpower
Coordinate with
Project Heads & Site Managers
to understand manpower requirements
Source candidates through
job portals, referrals, vendors, and walk-ins
Conduct
initial screening, interviews, and shortlisting
Manage
bulk hiring
for site-based roles
Ensure
timely closures
to support project deadlines
Maintain
recruitment data, reports, and MIS
Handle
offer rollout, joining formalities, and documentation
Build a
strong talent pipeline
for current and future projects
Coordinate with HR for onboarding and induction
