We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented
Non-IT HR Recruiter
to handle end-to-end recruitment for sales, operations, factory, warehouse, and field staff. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and closing positions within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for
Non-IT roles
(Sales, ASM, Field Staff, Drivers, Helpers, Factory Workers, Office Staff, etc.)
Understand manpower requirements from department heads
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, consultants, walk-ins, and local hiring channels
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate interviews with line managers
Follow up with candidates till joining and onboarding
Maintain recruitment tracker and MIS reports
Ensure joining formalities and documentation
Meet monthly hiring targets and TAT
Support employer branding and local hiring drives
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate
1-4 years of experience in
Non-IT recruitment
Hands-on experience with bulk hiring and field hiring
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work on targets and deadlines
Basic knowledge of HR documentation and onboarding
Preferred Skills
Experience in FMCG / Manufacturing / Logistics / Retail hiring
Knowledge of blue-collar and white-collar recruitment
Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Quikr, etc.)
