Understand manpower requirements from various departments (Specially in sales )
Source suitable candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and campus hiring
Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic rounds, and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Coordinate and conduct walk-in drives in rural and semi-urban locations as required
Maintain and update recruitment MIS and candidate database
Ensure timely onboarding, documentation, and background verification
Maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles
Promote the employer brand across various platforms to attract talent
