We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment and coordination activities. This role plays a key part in identifying top talent and ensuring a smooth hiring experience for both clients and candidates.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle - from sourcing to candidate onboarding
• Draft and post job advertisements across various platforms
• Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews
• Coordinate with clients and candidates to ensure seamless communication
• Follow up with selected candidates until successful onboarding
• Maintain recruitment trackers, documentation, and reporting records
• Collaborate with internal teams to align hiring needs and timelines

Key Requirements:

• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency in using job portals and recruitment tools
• Prior experience in HR recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred
