• End to End responsibilities of recruitment

• Source and attract candidates via job boards, social media, and referrals

• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage the hiring process

• Manage recruitment vendor coordination

• Build strong candidate relationships

• Handle offer negotiations and onboarding coordination

• Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices

Requirements

• Any Graduate

• 3+ Year Exposure of full cycle recruitment

• Strong sourcing, communication, and multitasking skills

• Knowledge of recruitment tools preferred

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
