Key Responsibilities:
Understand hiring requirements from internal stakeholders.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable profiles.
Conduct initial HR screening calls.
Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
Follow up with candidates for interview feedback and offer acceptance.
Support offer rollout, documentation, and onboarding activities.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Maintain recruitment databases and candidate pipelines.
Required Skills:
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn is an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
