We are looking to employ an enthusiastic and driven Recruiter executive to assist our HR department with recruitment tasks. Having good communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Ultimately, an outstanding Recruitment executive should be detail-oriented and able to demonstrate excellent administrative and organizational skills.
Requirements
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Determine selection criteria
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
Qualification and Skills:
- Proficiency with MS-Excel and English Proficiency (Spoken)
- Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail
