What You'll Do
Lead the full recruitment lifecycle--from sourcing to onboarding.
Use creative sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, Indeed, and networking channels.
Build strong and sustainable recruitment pipelines for current and future needs.
Understand technical and non-technical requirements to find the right talent.
Partner closely with hiring managers to refine hiring needs and improve processes.
Ensure a smooth and engaging experience for every candidate.
What We're Looking For
Minimum
2 years of recruiting experience
, with solid
IT hiring
exposure.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Experience with LinkedIn, Indeed, and ATS tools.
Ability to manage multiple roles and meet deadlines.
Good organizational and pipeline management skills.
