Job Summary



We are looking for an HR Recruiter with at least 2 year of experience in recruitment or HR operations. The candidate should be comfortable working in the evening shift and be familiar with job portals, onboarding processes, and HR documentation.

Key Responsibilities



Handle end-to-end recruitment activities Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) Screen resumes and coordinate interviews Support onboarding and employee documentation Maintain recruitment records and trackers Assist in day-to-day HR operational tasks

Required Skills & Experience



Minimum 2 year of experience in HR recruitment or HR operations Hands-on experience with job portals Knowledge of onboarding documentation and HR processes Good communication and coordination skills

Willingness to work in an evening shift



Preferred Qualifications



MBA / PGDM in HR or related field Experience in corporate or consultancy recruitment preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
