Position Details

Job Title:

HR Recruiter

Location:

Mohali, Punjab

Work Mode:

Work From Office (WFO)

Working Hours:

9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Working Days:

6 days a week

Experience Required:

1-2 Years (HR / Recruitment Profile)

Salary Range:

Up to ?3 LPA (?15,000 - ?25,000 per month), depending on experience

Number of Vacancies:

10

Probation Period:

6 months

Lock-in Period:

6 months after successful completion of probation

Job Summary

Our Client is looking for

dynamic and motivated HR Recruiters

to join our client's growing team in Mohali. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in

end-to-end recruitment

, strong communication skills, and the ability to close positions within defined timelines.

Candidates with

marine crewing or merchant navy sourcing experience

will be preferred; however, we are also open to candidates with

general recruitment experience

who are willing to learn and adapt to

marine crewing procedures

.

Key Responsibilities

Handle

end-to-end recruitment

, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Source candidates through

job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media platforms

. Screen resumes and conduct

initial HR interviews

. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and update

candidate databases, trackers, and MIS reports

. Ensure a positive and professional

candidate experience

throughout the hiring process. Follow up with candidates for

interview feedback and offer closures

. Assist with

joining formalities and documentation

. Work towards achieving

monthly hiring targets and timelines

. Ensure compliance with internal recruitment processes and documentation standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in

HR Recruitment / Talent Acquisition

. Strong

verbal and written communication skills

. Familiarity with

job portals

such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn. Basic understanding of

HR processes and the recruitment lifecycle

. Ability to work in a

fast-paced, target-driven office environment

. Good coordination, follow-up, and negotiation skills. Willingness to learn

marine crewing recruitment processes

.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Graduate / MBA in HR (preferred). Experience in

crewing / merchant navy / shipping recruitment

is an added advantage. Experience in IT / Non-IT recruitment is a plus.
