Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
Conduct telephonic interviews and coordinate interview rounds with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment MIS.
Coordinate interview schedules, follow-ups, and onboarding tasks.
Support HR team in basic operational activities when required.
Skills Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment tools and job portals.
Ability to multitask and work within deadlines.
Eagerness to learn and grow within the HR domain.
