The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates. This role ensures timely fulfillment of staffing needs while delivering an excellent candidate experience and supporting the organization's hiring goals.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, employee referrals, and other creative channels.
Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and evaluate candidates' qualifications.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Draft and issue offer letters; coordinate the onboarding process.
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Maintain compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Represent the company at job fairs, recruitment events, and campus drives.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter.
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and deadlines..
Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and organizational skills.
