About the Role
We are looking for an energetic HR Recruiter to manage sourcing, screening, and interview coordination. The ideal candidate has 1-1.5 years of recruitment experience and is eager to grow in Talent Acquisition and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for junior and mid-level roles (sourcing ? screening ? interview coordination ? follow-up).
Source candidates using portals and internal databases.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Maintain hiring trackers, candidate progress & ensure smooth candidate communication.
Support onboarding tasks and documentation.
Assist in basic HR activities.
Requirements
1-2 years of recruitment experience (IT).
Strong communication & coordination skills.
Familiarity with portals.
Positive attitude, organized, and eager to learn.
Growth Opportunity
