The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely hiring of high-quality candidates. This role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and collaborating with hiring managers to fulfill workforce needs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
Understand job requirements and create attractive job postings.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, headhunting, referrals, and networking.
Conduct preliminary telephonic/virtual interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate interview schedules with departments and ensure smooth communication.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment tracking sheets.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Execute employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with HR policies and labor laws.
Support HR activities such as onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement (if required).
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Executive.
Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and sourcing tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
