Key Responsibilities :Recruitment & Selection
Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles across departments.
Prepare job postings and advertise openings on relevant platforms.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate technical interviews, assessments, and final rounds with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Extend job offers, negotiate salary packages, and assist in onboarding processes.
HR Coordination
Maintain and update recruitment databases, reports, and dashboards.
Support HR functions such as induction, documentation, and compliance.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and timelines.
Employer Branding
Promote the company as an employer of choice through branding initiatives.
Participate in career fairs, campus hiring drives, and networking events.
Compliance & Process Improvement
Ensure adherence to company policies and employment laws.
Recommend improvements to recruitment processes to enhance efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience
in recruitment or HR.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and HR recruitment tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications (Optional):
