Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

HR Recruiter with at least 1 year

of

experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing,

screening, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a smooth and positive hiring

experience.

Key Responsibilities:

? Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from understanding job requirements to

onboarding selected candidates.

? Source potential candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee

referrals, and networking.

? Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate

suitability.

? Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

? Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.

? Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process and ensure timely

communication.

? Assist in developing job descriptions and posting job advertisements.

? Support HR activities such as onboarding and documentation as needed.

? Ensure adherence to company policies and HR best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

? Minimum 1 year of experience as a Recruiter/HR Recruiter.

? Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

? Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices.

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

? Proficiency in using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and ATS tools.

? Ability to handle multiple positions and work within deadlines.

? Strong organizational and time-management skills.
