, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle -- from identifying potential candidates and screening resumes to scheduling interviews and ensuring a seamless hiring process. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and deliver high-quality candidates in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute recruiting plans and strategies.
Source and attract candidates using various methods (e.g. Linkedin , Indeed and, social media, networking).
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing.
