Graduate in HR / Business Administration / Any relevant field
Key Responsibilities:
Handle the
entire recruitment lifecycle
, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and closing positions.
Post job openings
on various job portals and social media platforms.
Source candidates
through databases, networking, referrals, and headhunting.
Screen resumes
, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update the
candidate database
regularly.
Ensure a
smooth and positive candidate experience
throughout the recruitment process.
Support the HR team with
onboarding and documentation
of new hires.
Work closely with team leads and managers to understand hiring requirements.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum
6 months to 1 year of experience
in recruitment (preferably in IT / Non-IT / BPO / corporate hiring).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
.
Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude.
Ability to
multi-task and work under pressure
in a fast-paced environment.
Good knowledge of
MS Office
and
job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
