Who are we looking for?




Orbit & Skyline is looking forward to onboarding a "Talent Acquisition Specialist" specializing in both national and international hiring, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring highly qualified technical professionals to meet our company's evolving needs. You will work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing requirements, develop strategic recruitment plans, and execute on those plans to ensure the timely and successful placement of candidates.

Role & Responsibilities




Talent Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and professional associations, to identify and attract top technical talent both domestically and internationally. Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough screening interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit with our organization. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive and seamless experience for all parties involved. Offer Management: Manage the offer process, including negotiating salary and benefits packages, and facilitating the preparation and delivery of employment offers. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitment process and enhance the company's employer brand. Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive intelligence, and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our talent acquisition strategies. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, both domestically and internationally, throughout the recruitment process. Teamwork: Coorditaion within the team and HRBP (Human Resource Business Partner).

What Makes you Eligible?

Preferred BCA/ MCA/ B.Tech or a graduate in related field Minimum 1+ years of experience as a technical recruiter, with a track record of successfully sourcing and hiring technical professionals in both national and international markets. Strong understanding of technical roles and skill sets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and collaborate effectively with hiring managers. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage the hiring process efficiently. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations governing recruitment practices in multiple countries. Flexibility to work across different time zones and cultures, with a willingness to travel occasionally for recruitment events or meetings.

Shift/ Timings:


General Shift Timings- 9:30AM to 6:30PM Limited work from home 5 days working in a week (Monday to Friday)
