c HR Recruiter
to join our growing IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, partnering closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Experience with HRMS platforms will be an added advantage.
Duties and Responsibilities
:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job requirement gathering, creating job descriptions, sourcing, screening, scheduling, conducting interviews, and offer management.
Utilize HRMS for maintaining recruitment data, candidate tracking, and reporting.
Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, internal referrals, etc.).
Identify and engage with potential candidates through diverse sourcing strategies such as social media, job boards, and professional networks.
Conduct initial HR interviews to assess cultural fit and role alignment.
Coordinate with hiring managers for technical/functional rounds and ensure timely feedback.
Partner with external recruitment agencies as required to meet hiring needs.
Monitor and track the status of candidates after offer release, ensuring timely follow-ups and smooth transition through the joining process.
Manage reference checks, offer negotiations, and onboarding coordination for new hires.
Track and analyze key hiring metrics time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, diversity ratios, and hiring satisfaction scores.
Continuously improve the recruitment process to enhance candidate and hiring manager experience.
Open to learning and adapting to other HR responsibilities such as onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and documentation support as required.
Qualifications and Requirements
:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in an IT or software development environment.
Preferably prior experience hiring for technical roles (Developers, ERP Consultants, Project Managers, etc.).
Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and modern hiring trends.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and stakeholders simultaneously.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
