Coordinate interviews and maintain smooth communication between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract quality talent.
Build relationships with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience.
Support HR initiatives including employee engagement, onboarding, and documentation.
Preferred Experience Background
Candidates with prior experience in
HR Consultancy, Immigration, Real Estate, Training Institutes, College TPA's, or IT
sectors will be preferred.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-2 years of relevant recruiting experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
