Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies

2. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals

3. Screen resumes and applications, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate in-person interviews

4. Assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for specific roles

5. Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to keep candidate records updated and generate recruitment reports

6. Coordinate job offers, negotiate salary packages, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires

7. Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; MBA in HR or Related Field

2. 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

3. Solid understanding of recruitment processes and techniques

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

5. Strong organizational and time management abilities

6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities

7. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)

8. High level of integrity and confidentiality

Ability to commute/relocate:

Sohana, Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Shift availability:

Night Shift: 8 PM TO 5 AM
Work Location: In person

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
