We are looking for a

proactive and self-driven HR Recruiter

with a strong background in

IT recruitment

, who can join

immediately

. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and closing candidates for a wide range of technical roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for IT positions. Source potential candidates through job portals like

Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed

, and other platforms. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' suitability. Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with hiring managers. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical talent. Maintain recruitment reports and candidate databases.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in IT recruitment

(must-have). Strong knowledge of

technical roles and IT terminology

. Excellent sourcing skills using various platforms. Ability to handle

multiple IT requirements independently

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
