Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define ideal candidate profiles.
Source candidates using
job portals (Indeed, Naukri etc.), LinkedIn, employee referrals, and social media platforms
.
Conduct initial HR screening to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit.
Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with relevant stakeholders.
Maintain and update the recruitment database and applicant tracking system (ATS).
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process and ensure timely communication.
Generate recruitment reports and hiring status updates for internal teams.
Support employer branding and talent engagement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1 to 3 years of experience
in
IT recruitment
.
Strong understanding of IT job roles and technology stacks (Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, DevOps, etc.).
Familiarity with sourcing tools and job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple open positions and deliver under tight deadlines.
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
