We are seeking a motivated and resourceful HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs. This role involves full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and role requirements.
Develop and post job descriptions across various platforms (job boards, career pages, social media).
Source candidates using databases, social media, networking, and referrals.
Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports using ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
Manage job offer processes and negotiate terms with selected candidates.
Foster a positive candidate experience and promote the employer brand.
Stay current on employment trends and best practices in recruitment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role. (min 2 years experience)
Familiarity with recruitment tools, job boards, and social media sourcing techniques.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
