Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment
Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Manage recruitment for multiple functions (technical & non-technical) across PAN India.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and provide suitable talent pipelines.
Build and maintain a strong candidate database using job portals, LinkedIn, and networking.
HR Operations
Onboarding:
Manage new hire onboarding formalities including documentation, HR portal creation, and induction.
Payroll Inputs:
Track employee attendance, leaves, and overtime for accurate payroll processing.
Employee Records & Compliance:
Maintain up-to-date employee data and generate HR reports for workforce planning.
Employee Engagement:
Support planning and execution of team activities, events, and engagement initiatives.
Administration Support
Coordinate with vendors for office administration needs including facility management and supplies.
Assist in travel coordination, meeting arrangements, and event support.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
.
Minimum
1-2 years of experience
in recruitment and HR operations.
Strong proficiency in
MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
and HRIS tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
