Key Responsibilities:



Manage

end-to-end recruitment

- understanding requirements, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Hire across functions:

Sales, Operations, Technical & Support

. Source candidates

proactively

beyond Naukri or paid job portals - using

networking, references, social media, industry contacts, and creative sourcing methods

. ? Conduct telephonic & face-to-face interviews and coordinate with department heads. Handle

bulk hiring

for sales teams across different regions. Maintain candidate pipeline and ensure timely closures. Support in joining formalities, documentation, and initial onboarding. Keep updated with latest recruitment trends and suggest improvements to hiring strategy.
