Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Develop and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates through portals, networking, and referrals.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver quality candidates within timelines.
Use creative sourcing techniques (job boards, LinkedIn, social media, cold calling, etc.) to attract talent.
Maintain candidate database and ensure effective follow-up.
Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with internal stakeholders for next rounds.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Desired Candidate Profile
1-2 years of recruitment experience
(mandatory).
Must have a strong database of candidates.
Prior experience in
consultancy hiring, IT recruitment, or immigration industry
preferred.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of sourcing tools, job portals, and social media recruitment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.
