We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented

IT Recruiter

to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with various job portals and a proven track record of sourcing and recruiting for both

technical and non-technical roles

. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and fulfilling hiring needs within set timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates from multiple platforms including

LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Hirist, and other job boards

. Manage

end-to-end recruitment life cycle

- sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, feedback collection, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Work on diverse requirements covering

technical (Developers, QA, Project Managers, etc.)

and

non-technical (Sales, Marketing, HR, Operations, etc.)

profiles. Build and maintain a

robust pipeline of talent

for ongoing and future hiring needs. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Track recruitment metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, etc.) and ensure targets are achieved. Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in

ATS / recruitment trackers

. Ensure an excellent

candidate experience

throughout the recruitment journey.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Proven experience in

IT recruitment

with exposure to both technical and non-technical hiring. Hands-on expertise with job portals:

LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Hirist, etc.

Strong knowledge of

Boolean search, advanced sourcing techniques, and networking

. Excellent

communication and negotiation skills

. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
