We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented
IT Recruiter
to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with various job portals and a proven track record of sourcing and recruiting for both
technical and non-technical roles
. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and fulfilling hiring needs within set timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates from multiple platforms including
LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Hirist, and other job boards
.
Manage
end-to-end recruitment life cycle
- sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, feedback collection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Work on diverse requirements covering
for ongoing and future hiring needs.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Track recruitment metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, etc.) and ensure targets are achieved.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in
ATS / recruitment trackers
.
Ensure an excellent
candidate experience
throughout the recruitment journey.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Proven experience in
IT recruitment
with exposure to both technical and non-technical hiring.
Hands-on expertise with job portals:
LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Hirist, etc.
Strong knowledge of
Boolean search, advanced sourcing techniques, and networking
.
Excellent
communication and negotiation skills
.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
