The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting and sourcing candidates to interviewing and hiring. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can identify top talent and help build a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates. Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to source potential candidates.

Job Posting & Management:

Create detailed job descriptions and post open positions on various platforms. Ensure job postings are accurate and engaging.

Candidate Screening:

Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.

Interview Coordination:

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Prepare interview questions and evaluate candidate performance.

Candidate Experience:

Provide a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process. Communicate timely and clearly with candidates regarding their application status.

Hiring & Onboarding:

Facilitate the offer process, including salary negotiations and reference checks. Assist with onboarding and ensure new hires have a smooth transition into the company.

Compliance & Reporting:

Ensure recruitment processes comply with relevant laws and regulations. Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and activities.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices. Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role. Experience in [industry-specific recruitment, if applicable] is a plus.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software. Familiarity with employment laws and regulations. Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Attributes:

Professional certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus. Experience with data-driven recruitment and talent analytics. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
