Responsibilities:

- Source and attract potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals

- Conduct cold calls to prospective candidates to build a pipeline of qualified talent

- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate fit

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and preferences

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals

- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate interactions

Requirements:

- 1-3 years of experience in HR recruitment, preferably in a similar industry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter)
