Understand the hiring needs of various departments and create effective job descriptions.
Source potential candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, networking, etc.).
Screen resumes and applications, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads/managers.
Maintain candidate pipelines for future hiring needs.
Manage communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Conduct background checks and reference checks as needed.
Prepare and share offer letters, negotiate salary packages if required.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports regularly.
Assist in employer branding initiatives and participate in job fairs or campus recruitment if needed.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and relevant employment laws
Requirements:* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field.
[0-2 years] experience in recruitment (for freshers, mention internships or training if any).
Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and recruitment tools/portals.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to handle multiple openings simultaneously.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
