HR Manager (Recruitment)

to take charge of hiring across departments and help us build a strong and talented workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for various roles - technical, sales, operations, and more Create and post job openings on platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, and others Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with department heads Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements Conduct reference checks and manage offer roll-outs Coordinate onboarding processes and documentation for new hires Maintain employee records and update the internal HR database Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent

Candidate Requirements:

Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field 2+ years of experience in recruitment (manufacturing or industrial hiring preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong understanding of hiring platforms and sourcing techniques Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
