2. Job Posting & Employer Branding
Draft and post job descriptions on job boards, career pages, and social media.
Promote Foxy Digits as an employer of choice through recruitment marketing efforts.
Develop relationships with colleges, job fairs, and industry networks for talent sourcing.
3. Candidate Experience & Onboarding
Ensure a smooth and professional hiring process for candidates.
Facilitate pre-employment documentation and background verification.
Assist new hires with onboarding, training, and orientation programs.
4. Recruitment Strategy & HR Coordination
Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and priorities.
Implement best recruitment practices to improve hiring efficiency.
Maintain and update recruitment reports and databases.
