Source potential candidates via job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn), social media, referrals, etc.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with technical and functional panels.
Follow up with candidates and internal teams throughout the hiring cycle.
Manage candidate databases and recruitment metrics.
Support HR initiatives and employer branding activities.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
0.6-1 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role (Fresher with strong communication skills can apply).
Familiarity with sourcing techniques and HR databases.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines.
