Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handling end-to-end recruitment process for various pharma functions (Production, QA, QC, Regulatory, F&D, Sales, Marketing, BD's etc.) Managing job postings on multiple online platforms (Naukri.com, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) Screening resumes and conducting initial telephonic interviews Coordinating with department heads for understanding job requirements Scheduling interviews, collecting feedback, and updating candidate status Maintaining recruitment tracker and reporting weekly/monthly hiring status Creating and maintaining a talent pool database Assisting in onboarding formalities and joining documentation Developing strategies for bulk hiring and walk-in interviews Coordinating with recruitment consultants, if required

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:

Graduation/Post Graduation in Science/Pharmacy (B.Sc., B.Pharm or M.Pharm preferred)

Experience:

Minimum 1-3 years in recruitment in the pharma industry

Skills Required:

Hands-on experience with job portals (especially Naukri.com) Good communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of pharmaceutical job roles and functions Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets for data tracking Ability to work under deadlines and multitask efficiently

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
