We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented
HR Recruiter
to manage
end-to-end recruitment
while also supporting
basic HR generalist and clerical activities
The ideal candidate should be hands-on in hiring and comfortable assisting with routine HR operations and administrative tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles across departments.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.
Maintain candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment MIS.
Prepare and issue offer letters and coordinate pre-joining documentation.
Support onboarding and induction for new hires.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
B. HR Generalist & Clerical Support
Assist with employee documentation and maintaining HR records (physical and digital).
Prepare HR letters such as appointment, confirmation, experience, and relieving letters.
Support attendance tracking, leave records, and basic HR MIS.
Assist in employee engagement activities and internal HR communications.
Coordinate with internal teams for HR-related administrative requirements.
Provide general clerical support to the HR team as required.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in
HR, Business Administration
, or a related field.
3-4 years
of experience, primarily in recruitment with some exposure to HR generalist work.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
Basic knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with ATS/HRMS systems.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in bulk or lateral hiring.
Exposure to onboarding, HR documentation, or employee engagement initiatives.
Experience working in a fast-paced or growing organization.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
