• Attracting candidates through various channels like social media and professional networks
• Reviewing resumes and screening candidates
• Scheduling Interviews by coordinating with the candidate and manager
• Organize and maintain personnel records
• Update internal databases (e.g., record sick or maternity leave)
• Prepare HR documents, like employment contractsand new hireguides
• Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g., leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
• Manage Employee queries
• Perform administrative tasks
• Generating HR reports
• Facilitate Employee Onboarding.

Requirements:

• Minimum experience 6 months -2 years
• Graduate
• Hands on experience with recruitment/ talent acquisition
• Must be able to speak Kannada
• Must be a Native of Karnataka

Job Type: Part-time Salary: 18,000.00 - 22,000.00 per month Benefits:
