is responsible for attracting, screening, selecting, and on boarding suitable candidates to meet an organization's hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities
Understand manpower requirements from department heads
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and consultants
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
Conduct initial telephonic/video interviews
Schedule interviews with hiring managers
Coordinate interview feedback and follow-ups
Negotiate salary and issue offer letters
Manage joining formalities and documentation
Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
Ensure a positive candidate experience
Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of recruitment processes and HR policies
Ability to assess candidate skills and cultural fit
Time management and multitasking abilities
Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
Basic knowledge of labor laws and compliance
