Job Summary:
The HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process -- from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions.
Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and assess candidates' suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
Negotiate salary and finalize offers in coordination with HR Manager.
Handle onboarding formalities for selected candidates.
Build and maintain relationships with placement agencies and institutions.
Support HR team in other talent management and employee engagement activities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
