Job Description

Key Responsibilities

:

Understand manpower requirements across departments (Sales, Production, QC, Logistics, etc.). Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies (job portals, social media, referrals, campus hiring). Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule panel interviews. Coordinate with department heads to define job roles and selection criteria. Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle - sourcing to onboarding. Maintain and update talent acquisition dashboards and reports. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical roles. Collaborate with HR and business teams for workforce planning. Ensure compliance with all hiring policies and procedures. Represent the company in job fairs, campus hiring drives, and industry networking events.

Requirements

:

Bachelor's degree (MBA/PGDM in HR ). Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in FMCG/Beverage/Manufacturing sectors. Strong sourcing skills using platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc. Knowledge of recruitment metrics and ATS systems. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple requirements. Good understanding of labor market trends, especially in manufacturing roles.
