About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic
HR Recruiter (Non-IT)
to manage end-to-end hiring for Non-IT functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure smooth recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities
Handle complete recruitment lifecycle for Non-IT roles such as Retail, Sales, Operations, and Marketing.
Source candidates using job boards, professional networks, and referrals.
Conduct initial screenings and HR interviews.
Coordinate with internal teams for interview scheduling and feedback.
Maintain candidate records and ensure timely closure of open positions.
Assist with onboarding and other HR activities.
Requirements
Strong interest or prior experience in Non-IT recruitment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with job portals and sourcing platforms.
Good coordination and follow-up skills.
Freshers with a strong learning attitude are also encouraged to apply.
