Key Role:
Manage
end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
for non-IT roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, onboarding).
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver quality talent within agreed timelines.
Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines using multiple sourcing channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, vendor networks).
Conduct structured interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
Ensure
top-notch communication
with candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
Maintain recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, offer-to-join ratio) and provide regular reports.
Build long-term relationships with talent pools and external recruitment partners.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives and enhance candidate experience.
