Role: HR Recruiter (Non-IT - Telecom/ISP & IT Domain)

We're looking for enthusiastic recruiters with hands-on experience in hiring across Telecom/ISP & IT domains. If you're passionate about sourcing, screening, and closing roles -- this is the perfect opportunity to grow with a leading talent research firm.

Location: Indore (Work from Office)

Timings: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days a Week)

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Role & Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for Telecom/ISP & IT sector roles

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals

Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage offer rollouts

Maintain and update the candidate database regularly

Work closely with the team to ensure smooth hiring delivery

What We're Looking For:

6 months - 2 years of experience in recruitment (Non-IT or IT)

Strong sourcing and screening skills

Good communication and coordination abilities

Comfortable working from office (Indore)

Immediate joiners preferred
